Richard Green has been asked to write a guest post for a business blog website.
Given the placement of the blog, Richard wrote about the increasing problem of low back pain causing many workers to take days off, leading to less efficiency at work, ultimately costing employers money and the NHS millions of pounds each year. This creates a body of repetition and poor movement function and posture.
