It is sometimes very hard to motivate yourself to train. I wanted this post to just be a list of quotes about training and perhaps they will help motivate you, or at least you can procrastinate for 5 mins whilst you read them – I’ve tried to include ones that may appeal to different people. Some of them you may think don’t apply to you, but when you think about it, you can relate to each one I’m sure, even it is away from training and in life itself.
