WHY USE ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING?

I started Online Personal Training to give continued support, guidance and advice to my residential bootcamp clients that had made a good kickstart towards their individual health and fitness goals during the week, but felt it important to keep that support network for LONG TERM success.

I attribute accountability, commitment and focus as the three key areas for long term success, which my Online Personal Training Programme provides extensively

Proven to help you reach your health and fitness goals by providing the external motivation and accountability to remain on target, my online personal training programme is an affordable and positive support network via online contact and individualised training and nutritional plans, tailored to your specific goals and requirements.

The programme includes:
  1. Individualised Fitness Training Plans developed and updated on a regular basis depending on your goals and requirements
  2. Individualised Nutritional Plans developed and updated on a regular basis depending on your goals and requirements
  3. Use of the application MyFitnessPal to track calories and macronutrients to be able to provide detailed suggestions on how to improve you diet based on your goals
  4. Regular Online contact as and when needed for guidance, motivation and information
  5. Recipes and any other information that may be useful on an individual basis.
