Nutritional Advice

For general health:

Shopping list for this week:

Lamb, Chicken, Tuna, Oranges, Kiwis, Cherries, Cabbage, Kale, Carrots, Leeks, Eggs, Plain Live Yoghurt, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Brazil Nuts, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Sea Salt, Olive Oil, and Peppermint Tea or variety of fruit tea.

Food Plan Example with Shopping List

Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with onions and leeks with peppermint tea

Mid morning snack: handful of brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds

Lunch:  Chicken with baby leaf salad, fried cabbage, sprinkled with sesame seeds

Mid afternoon Snack: Kiwi with yoghurt

Dinner: Lamb Hotpot – diced carrots, kale, onion and leeks with vegetable stock.

Drinks: Water, Fruit teas.
