Food Plan Example with Shopping List
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with onions and leeks with peppermint tea
Mid morning snack: handful of brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds
Lunch: Chicken with baby leaf salad, fried cabbage, sprinkled with sesame seeds
Mid afternoon Snack: Kiwi with yoghurt
Dinner: Lamb Hotpot – diced carrots, kale, onion and leeks with vegetable stock.
Drinks: Water, Fruit teas.
